- The Approval of Minutes from May 8, 2026
- The treasurer will provide his financial report and give a reminder of the $10.00 HOA membership dues. Note: Dues become delinquent by 3/31/25
- NOTICE: Homeowners who become delinquent on dues of $10.00 will be SUSPENDED, and their voting rights will be revoked. Upon full payment, voting rights will be reinstated.
TOPICS OF NEW BUSINESS THE BOARD WILL DISCUSS AND/OR VOTE ON
- Discuss/Vote on Contract for Insight Pool and Spa Solutions
- Discuss/Vote on Setting a Budget for Christmas Decorations
- Discuss/Vote on creating video recording rules for HOA meetings
- Discuss/Vote on New Recreation Area Rules
- Discuss/Vote on food truck access and scheduling for the community parking lot
OPEN FORUM FOR RESIDENTS
- Residents can address the board, express their opinions, and voice their concerns.
ADJOURNMENT
- The next board meeting is scheduled for October 2, 2026, at 7pm.
