Downtown Clermont Monroe Street Revitalization Project
Monroe Street is the “main” street running through the downtown Clermont area. It has been a huge focus of the revitalization project. Many of the old buildings have received facelifts creating a fresh curb appeal while keeping their connection to the original buildings.
Costco Store – It will be built on a 19-acre parcel of the 140-acre parcel of open land on State Route 50 (West Colonial Drive), northeast of Magnolia Pointe Boulevard. An exact opening date has not been set but it will be sometime between 2022 – 2023.
Olympus is a 243-acre master planned community combining sports, wellness, entertainment and residential development.
Sonic – New construction set to begin soon on franchise drive-in restaurant in Clermont.
Toll Road Connector Between 429 and 27– This road will become a major connector between Orange County and Lake County.
St. Faustina’s New Church- Construction is on it way located in South Clermont of 27.
New Home Development- New and Pre Construction properties are popping up all throughout Clermont.
