WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A HOA ANNUAL MEETING?
The HOA Annual Meeting is the event when the board members and homeowners of a HOA gather to discuss the most important things that concern the community, as well as the highlights of the previous year.
NOTE: The HOA election will be held on November 13, 2026. According to the latest financial report posted in August, 48 out of 487 homeowners are eligible to vote, representing approximately only 10% of our community. I encourage every homeowner who has not yet paid their $10 annual dues to do so to ensure you are eligible to participate in this election. Your voice matters! 🏡
