• The Treasurer will provide his Financial Report and give a reminder of $10.00 HOA membership dues. Note: Dues become delinquent by 3/31/25

TOPICS OF NEW BUSINESS THE BOARD WILL DISCUSS AND/OR VOTE ON

• Vote on HOA 2026 Budget
• Vote on Suspending Voting rights for Non-Payment of dues
• Discuss Responses to resident Lissette Flores-Aponte’s Questions sent by mail and email to HOA dated March 26th, 2025 – To view letter with full details, visit HOA website and login to your account– Then click on supporting documents

OPEN FORUM FOR RESIDENTS

• Residents can address the board, express their opinions, and voice their concerns.
