- The treasurer will provide his financial report and give a reminder of the $10.00 HOA membership dues. Note: Dues become delinquent by 3/31/25
- NOTICE: Homeowners who become delinquent on dues of $10.00 will be SUSPENDED, and their voting rights will be revoked. Upon full payment, voting rights will be reinstated.
