How to make a festive and delicious Roasted Pears for Thanksgiving everyone will enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pears, cored and quartered
- 1/3 cup of honey
- vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. pecans, toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat oven to 425°F. On large rimmed baking sheet, toss pears with oil and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Roast 10 minutes.
2. Toss pears with syrup, then roast until pears are golden brown and tender, 5 to 6 minutes more. Top with pecans and serve.
