This is why we need new people to run for the board. On October 15, 2021 the board suspended 432 homeowners voting rights for being 90days delinquent on HOA dues. Homeowners have be lied to and told the $10.00 annual due is optional when indeed it is mandatory.
If you haven’t paid already, please pay the $10.00 fee and get your rights reinstated so you can vote!
