Many homeowners have been asking about the rezoning signs that have recently appeared around our community. I wanted to provide some clarification based on publicly available information.

The Greater Groves Homeowners Association (HOA), through its attorney, submitted an application to amend and reinstate the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Ordinance for our community. This amendment is intended to help the county enforce regulations regarding the parking of certain types of vehicles.
