			<p>During Florida&#8217;s annual legislative 2024 session, state lawmakers will convene with the objective of addressing various matters, encompassing those that affect condominium and community associations in the state.</p>
<p class="gnt_ar_b_mt"><b>Here are some Homeowners Association-related bills in the 2024 Florida Legislative Session</b></p>

<li class="gnt_ar_b_ul_li"><strong><a class="gnt_ar_b_a" href="https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2024/979" data-t-l=":b|e|k|${u}">HB 979</a>, Estoppel Certificates</strong>: Prohibit HOAs from charging fees to prepare and deliver estoppel certificates (confirmation of the current status of the lease for the property and any moneys owed or fees due, among other things). <em>(Rep. Jenna Persons-Mulicka, R-Lee)</em></li>
