]]> Membership dues per our by-laws are due by March 31st of every year.  This paid $10.00 due allows you to not only vote for board of directors but also allows you to vote on issues the board may present to homeowners for a vote.

Make sure your voices are heard as only members in good standing can vote.

How to Pay Your $10.00 Membership Due

  • You can visit the HOA office by the pool during office hours -Tuesdays between 10:00am – 1:00pm and Thursdays between 3:30pm – 6:30pm.
  • You can mail a check payable to Greater Groves HOA address- P.O.Box 135083 Clermont, Fl 34713
  • You can attend the next board meeting and/or show up before to pay your dues in person. Next Board Meeting is Scheduled for September 8, 2023 at 7pm
