]]> Our board meeting was scheduled for April 12, 2024, at 7pm , however, due to the board not having a quorum, no business could be conducted.  Board members in attendance were VP Michael Grogan and Cheryl Guido. Board members not present were President Jean Carrier, Aaron Caryl, and, for the 4th consecutive meeting, Ines Almestica.

Next meeting will be held on May 10, 2024, at 7pm. Below are topics from April 12th’s meeting that the board could not address.
