Community Amenities Rules
All recreation areas are open a half hour after sunrise and a half hour before sunset per Florida statutes. No one is allowed in these areas after dark
The recreation areas are for use by Greater Groves residents and their guests only.
Minor children are not allowed to invite guests to common areas unless they are accompanied by an adult.
Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in all common areas.
No pets are allowed in the tennis court, playground, or pool areas.
No diving permitted.
All persons must shower before entering the pool.
No loud music shall be played using personal music players.
No diapered children allowed in the pool.
Do not touch any of the safety equipment.
No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, or related sports equipment allowed in the pool area.
No food or drink is allowed in the pool or on the ledge of the pool.
No glass bottles of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas near the back of the pool. No smoking in or around the pool
Pool Parties are first come first served. The homeowner of the key fob used is responsible for damages.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool capacity is 68 persons.
Grills are not allowed in the pool area, but may be placed on the basketball court and must be monitored.
Residents who loan their key fobs to family members accept full responsibility for any damages or rule violation and risk having their privileges suspended.
Please clean up after yourself and place all trash in the receptacles.
